This Privacy Statement applies to thePersonal Information of independent Consultants collected by riorandblackgarlic, whethercollected online or offline. This information would be collected in addition toany Personal Information we may collect from you as a riorandblackgarlic customer, asdescribed above.

If you seek to become a riorandblackgarlicConsultant, we may collect and use your personal information includingcredit-related information, your social security number, and your birthdate todetermine your eligibility and to conduct business once you have become a riorandblackgarlicConsultant.

In order to become a riorandblackgarlic Consultant,you will be required to enter into a separate agreement with riorandblackgarlic("Independent Sales Consultant Application and Agreement").
